Cloud storage service and 360 panoramic features need to be subscribed.
1.Registration/Login
New users will need to register a user account before experiencing the features of APP.
Please use your email address to create a new account. Tap on "Obtain" to receive a verification code in your mailbox and enter it to finish the registration. (Mobile phone registration is only available for China mainland users)
If you forgot your password, tap to enter the Retrieve password page. A verification code will be sent to your mailbox and you will be able to change your password.
2.Main page------My camera

If icon    appears on the camera list, it means your phone and camera are connected to different servers. Please tap the icon to re-login and you will be able to view the camera normally.

3.Add a camera
Plug in the camera and wait for 40-50 seconds until the red status light is flashing, which means the camera is activated. If the status light is not flashing or flashing green light, please press the reset button for 1-2 sends until you heard "Di-di" sound with red indicator light blinking. When the camera's activated normally, tap on to add new camera in the main interface after log in. (Please choose Wire/Wireless mode accordingly)

Connect camera to Wi-Fi (5G frequency is not supported)
If you are using dual band wireless router, please make sure the 2.4G SSID is not the same as 5G SSID, otherwise you may be connected to 5G WiFi, which will cause failure to connect your camera online.
1) Please turn up the volume of your mobile phone and approach to the camera, then tap "Next" to move on. It will take a few seconds after you have entered the password for Wi-Fi connection.
2) When the camera makes a "Ding-dong" sound, please tap "Next" and wait for connection to the network;
3) When you hear "Camera Ready", please wait until the APP displays the page for you to name your camera. Then you can name the camera or skip to the next step to view the camera video.
3.2. Wire mode
Only available for the model with Ethernet interface
1) Use an Ethernet cable to connect camera to router according to APP instruction , then tap "next";
2) APP will start to search for camera automatically until all available cameras are shown on the list in the order of their Mac addresses. Choose one of the cameras to add to your account and wait for the status light to turn green along with a "Ding-dong" Sound.
3) When you hear "Camera Ready", please wait until the APP displays the page for you to input the name of the camera. Then name the camera or skip to the next step to view the camera video.
4.Video play

When the camera is online, you can tap on the name of camera on the page of "My Camera" to enter the video play page.
4.1. Live video
Multiple kinds of gestures could be used to adjust the video image, such as touch, tap, swipe and pinch.

Iconshows up when playing panoramic camera video. Tap on it to switch between different modes of image display.
4.2. Video recording
If a Micro SD card is installed in the camera or the cloud storage service is subscribed (Please refer to term 7 to have detailed knowledge of cloud storage), video recordings will be stored in the card or cloud in loop way.
Drag your finger on the timeline to replay the recordings that are saved on the Micro SD card or cloud. Blue color indicates that the recordings are saved on the Micro SD card while green color indicates the recordings are saved on the cloud.
Please unplug the camera before inserting /removing the Micro SD card. If blue color does not show up on the time period section, please check if the card is still in normal status.
4.3. Save recording onto mobile phone
When you are playing live or recorded video, it is easy to save MP4 video file or JPEG image file on your mobile phone by tapping or icon. You can find the files in album page and simply share them on social medias.
5.Alert function——message page
5.1. Enable/Disable alert function
On "My Camera" page, tap on or icon to turn off/on alert function. When the camera detects a moving object, it generates an alert message, and the cloud server then sends it to your APP. The message shows up at the bottom of APP and the alert video will be recorded on a memory card or cloud (cloud storage could be subscribed).
5.2. Message check & download
Tap on to enter message page (Figure 6).
Warning:
a.You can only download alert videos when you have a Micro SD card in the camera or your cloud storage function is subscribed.
b.Micro SD card should be ONLY inserted/removed when the camera is unplugged. Incorrect operation may cause failure of downloading.
c.Please return and try again if the network connection causes failure of downloading.
Once alert image is downloaded, tap on it to replay the alert video accordingly.

5.3. Alert setting
Tap on the icon on the top left corner of the message page to enter the setting page, on which you can turn on/off alert function, set alert time, sensitivity and your preferred parameter.
Tap on "Reset" to set alert time and sensitivity. (Figure 8).

7.Cloud storage
7.1. Definition
Cloud storage refers to a technical service that uploads video recordings of a camera to a cloud server for storage. With the cloud storage function, you can avoid the risk of losing valuable video recordings which might occur when you use a micro SD card in case it's damaged or taken away.
7.2. How to use cloud storage
1)If the camera you added supports cloud storage function, you will see the icon appearing on the camera list (Figure 10). Tap on it to enter the purchasing page.

Event storage:If there is movement detected on your camera screen, or you use a certain type of camera which will be automatically or manually triggered under specific conditions, the videos recorded by your camera will be uploaded. For each event, the video clip will be no longer than 30 seconds. The event could only be triggered once every 90 seconds.
Storage capacity:you can choose 7 days or 30 days storage period, which means that the camera video uploaded to the cloud can be replayed within 7 days or 30 days. From the 8th or the 31st day, newly recorded videos will begin to cover the first day's video.
Service period:You can purchase the service on a monthly, semi-annual or annual basis.
3)Choose the payment method and submit the order. After the order is successfully processed, please make sure to follow the section 7.3.1 to complete the cloud storage configuration. The cloud service supports multiple purchases, if currently there is a valid service package, a new purchased service package will be in the waiting list according to the effective time. If you want to use the newly purchased service package instantly, please tap on the "activate" button to replace the current service package. Please "activate" your package very carefully as it will make the current service expired.

7.3. Cloud storage configuration and functions
7.3.1. Cloud storage configuration
When the cloud storage function is activated, please make sure that the "video upload" button is on. You can set up cloud as your video storage location in Camera Setting-Video storage location-cloud, and turn on the upload button, otherwise the video won’t be uploaded to cloud.

7.3.2. Replay cloud video
On live stream page or through "check my cloud space", you can replay the cloud video by dragging timeline to the sections showed in green color.

7.3.3. Download cloud video
When you replay cloud video, it is simple to save MP4 video file or JPEG image file on your mobile phone by tapping or icon. You can find the files in album page and simply share them on social medias.
8.Camera shooting angle &Mounting type
In term of vision field, camera can be classified as panoramic type and common type, each one of which has its suitable shooting angel and mounting method.
8.1. Panoramic camera
Three options of shooting angles are available for panoramic camera (Figure 16)

(1)Horizontal:Mount on the wall or table with lens facing horizontal level;
(2)Overlook:Mount on the ceiling with lens facing down;
(3)Look up:Mount on the table with lens facing up.
In the status of overlook/look up, tap on the icon to get various viewing modes.
8.2. Common camera
Two options of shooting angels are available for common camera (Figure 17):

(1)Horizontal—normal:mount on the table (Figure 18);
(2)Horizontal—reverse:mount on the ceiling (Figure 19).

9. Panoramic navigation
Panoramic navigation is a kind of unique operation mode for Pan&Tilt Camera, with which you can simply rotate the camera exactly to the direction you want just by a "tap".
9.1. Creating panoramic navigation picture
When a Pan&Tilt camera is added, you can tap on the icon to create panoramic navigation picture (Figure 1).
9.2. Panoramic navigation operation
After panoramic navigation picture is created (Figure 20), tap anywhere on the picture and the camera will rotate immediately and point to that location.

9.3. Set shooting angle via panoramic navigation picture
You can set maximum 3 sets of shooting angels via panoramic navigation picture. Once set, the camera will turn to the location at preset time.
Setup steps:
1.Tap on a target point of panoramic navigation picture to rotate the camera to the location.
2.Tap on the icon , then a new setting interface will pop up as shown in figure 22.
3.Set preset time then repeat step 1 and 2 for each shooting angle. Each icon means a single preset of a single shooting angle (Figure 23).
